“Skip” Southwick was born in San Diego, California and has had experience in a variety of fields prior to obtaining his license to practice law. At age 42 with an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology, he enrolled in the Bachelors of Science in Law program at Western State University in Fullerton, California, earning his degree within two years. Mr. Southwick was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997. After working for small firms, Mr. Southwick opened a solo practice in Temecula, California which has steadily grown into Southwick, Dayton & Biondi. Skip’s practice emphases family law, adoption/guardianships, real estate law and recently, employment law. In addition, Mr. Southwick performs mediation services.
